Accreditation confirmation, information on obtaining badges and work procedure at the events will be sent to accredited journalists personally to the email address specified when filling in the application.

PHOTO BANK
The Photo Host Agency takes photos of all events open for media coverage. The materials of photo shoots will be promptly available in the official media bank photo.may9.ru. Journalists will be able to familiarise themselves with the photos posted on the website and receive any of them in high resolution free of charge.
When posting photos, a link to photo.may9.ru and copyright under the photo are obligatory.

International Press Centre (IPC)
The IPC is located in the building of the Central Exhibition Hall “Manezh” (1 Manezhnaya Ploshchad). Entrance is from Sapozhkovskaya Ploshchad.
Working hours of the International Press Centre:
- May 7 - from 06.00 to 14.00 (Moscow time)
- May 8 - from 08.00 to 24.00 (Moscow time)
- May 9 - from 06.00 to 24.00 (Moscow timeframe)
- May 10 - from 08.00 to 14.00 (Moscow time).
The IPC has a wireless Internet access network (Wi-Fi), some workplaces are equipped with computers with high-speed Internet connection, printers and copiers are available. Free meals will be provided.

Host broadcaster
All events open to the press will be broadcast by a host broadcaster.

Logistical matters
To accommodate journalists arriving in Moscow, the organising committee recommends the hotels Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Centre (Garden Plaza) (12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow) and Azimut Hotel Smolenskaya (8 Smolenskaya Street, Moscow), which will be included in the shuttle transport arrangement for accredited media (valid from May 7 to 10).

In addition, accredited journalists can get free travel tickets for Aeroexpress trains (not more than two trips), as well as urban passenger transport in Moscow (metro, MCC, bus, electric bus, and tram). Travel tickets can be obtained upon presentation of this accreditation confirmation and an ID card at the information desks at the airport terminals, railway stations, as well as in recommended hotels and the Accreditation Centre.
