Children and teenagers aged 10 to 18 from all over the world can test their knowledge of the events of the Great Patriotic War.
By the time of the launch, more than 65 thousand participants had already registered, and the number of countries from which applications had been received exceeded 78.
The Olympiad consists of two online stages. Based on the results in these stages, participants of the final offline stage in Moscow, will be selected. In addition to the intellectual competition, two creative competitions will be held as part of the Olympiad. In the final competition, which will be held at the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora on May 6, 2025, 10 finalists will meet. Three of them will win the International School Olympiad "Great Victory" and, finally, will be able to watch the Victory Parade on Red Square on May 9, 2025.
This year, the Olympiad is held for the second time. The first time, in 2020, about 60 thousand people from 40 countries took part in it.
They will be able to answer questions from any web-enabled device.
